Hey, Thanks The interview was actually very relaxed. I interviewed with two nurse managers. They just asked questions to determine my personality type. There were no situational questions at all. My advice is to review a those types of questions like: What is your greatest weakness? What are your strengths? Why do you want this unit? Why this hospital? What can you contribute? Why should we hire you? Really, don't stress about it. Just go in an be yourself. Show them how much you love NICU and how dedicated you are to learning. Good luck, keep me update on how it goes. Also, don't forget to ask them questions. Do some research about things unique to the hospital and this unit. You will do great!

Oh and that $46.97 was for days..For nights we get $9 something extra..The other new grad was working nights so with that differential she was making $56/hr

Hello! you dont need to worry about your interview. you just have to build little confidence on you and dont think about your previous job, before going to an interview just pray to God, He'll help you that want you have to say in your interview. Just keep faith on God and dont loose hope.
