If you aren't required to get a certain score by your nursing school, my best advice would be to use it to find out which areas you're truly lacking in by not studying beforehand. It is similar to other NCLEX style questions you'd use to practice. I think it does a good job identifying your weaknesses so you'll know which areas to focus on.
