    hi kathy kaye..just want to ask how much will I pay if I will apply for Nclex in chicago?i've read that its a dual application..hows that?
    Just want to clarify few things..correct me if im wrong...
    1.) I will send my application form In cts..:
    a.) application form
    b.) fingerprintcard
    c.) photocopy of my license/ diploma
    d.) photocopy of my high school diploma
    2) I will pay for the administration fee of $82--made paya blefor cts
    3.) $200 made payable to department of financial and professional regulation
    4.) $59 for the fingerprintcard processing.
    5.) $ 341 dollars all in all..In a certified check..
    6. is it ok if I will combine the $59 and $82 in one check?

    one more thing is it possible to take nclex altough you havent applied for ces report?

    think of it when you're already in the US. once you're there and you have your ssn, you may apply for endorsement. you cant have ssn if you dont have a valid US visa. so again, think of it when youre there.

    hi, i read your posts from the internet regarding illinois board licensure. i graduated 2007. i'd like to ask you about my situation. i passed my nclex and california is where i registered. they didn't issue the license because i lack ssn. my employer is in illinois, what licensure method should i use?by endorsement or exam?thanks so much, i hope you could help me.
