I would recommend applying for a nurse tech job now because the downside to applying for wellstar as an RN without a license is that it is hard to get past HR because they usually require a license before they forward the application to the manager.
If you are doing clinical at Cobb that is the best way to get to know managers and speak to them directly about opportunities.
