We need you, your patients need you, the doctors you work with need you to help care for their patients, to help them learn to be excellent doctors. Just be kind, be patient, try to become team members with the doctors. Understand how exhausted and stressed they are. I know you are, too, I know. Just figure you are all in this together. Take the initiative to help everyone be mature and have a little fun along the way to learning to become great docs and nurses.
