hi, yes i suggest you should take ielts now while waiting for the NLE results...and then have your school documents ready...so that at the end you will just have to worry with the prc documents..dont worry about the prc documents this time, gather them all when you already passed the boards (which i know you will)...good luck with the nle results...and take ielts as early as now....nbv requires 7 band score in each of the 4 components and 7 overall band score...
