Most of the specialty certifications either require (with a letter from a supervisor) or recommend 1-2 years RN experience in that specialty. RNC requires it, CEN recommends it, CCRN I honestly can't remember. I took the neo versions of RNC and CCRN.

    Hey Eric,

3 months into my RN program and it's going well. It's very tough, but I find myself enjoying the torture ;-).

I wanted to ask. How do you go about getting your certifications, (CCRN, etc). What are the requirements?

    Thanks!

    Dave

Hey, wanted to let you know I got into an RN program here in San Antonio. It will be very interesting working and going to nursing school at the same time.. . .
