   I got it. Thanks, NotReady4PrimeTime. Next step is to ask the regulatory body in the US to formally inform my NCLEX result and registration status to CNO. Also need to prepare the provincial legal issue exam at $40 per try. ....

   If my reading is right, it looks like that, if you apply for registration with CNO today, and you already passed NCLEX last month, you still need to re-take NCLEX because you are not a "current applicant" back to Sept 18, 2014.

   i will say that CNO and all other provincial regulatory bodies to follow the suit of BC. Alberta will make a decision this week.
