   I do believe you need to take 1st assist certification still, because FNPs do not rotate in surgery during their training.

   Thank you for the input. I wish I could do that! Unfortunately, I am dealing with a bunch of MBAs and the CEO directly, so I need to go in there a little better equipped with a regional comparative analysis or something more concrete.
