    Look outside of hospital nursing and into LTC, rehab, or clinic, per diem work, etc. Or maybe consider moving to a different state? You can try your luck at my hospital, St. Alexius, in ND which is always actively hiring new grads, including ASN.

    I'm feeling pretty comfortable with working a lot of hours now. In fact, I'm working 56 hours this and next week. Yes, 2200 is my take home pay (after taxes) if I pick up 1 shift per week.
