    I see its different in all states. I'm in Florida.The schools in my school district hire LPNs and there is an RN that comes to the school once a week to oversee what the LPN has done, paperwork, case management, etc.

    Thanks for the feedback. I've accepted a PRN home health job for weekends only. Monday thru Friday I'll be doing school nursing. Prayerfully the two work out and I'm able to stay up on my skills. Thanks again.
