I believe that COD is phasing out its LPN stuff. You might try talking to them about their regular RN program, though. They may give credit for an lpn.
Have you looked into some of the other local programs? I've heard mixed things about Chamberlin. There are lots of great nursing programs at colleges in and around Chicagoland that won't cost an arm and a leg.
