   I remain confused. I have found several if not half a dozen "real" certifications that are available for nurses...and relate to case management. Without any experience, it seems that I wouldn't be able to get my foot in the door as a new case manage...

   Thanks for this information - I am starting to realize that most case management certifications require one to already have case management work experience. Is this the requirement for all of the case management certifications?
