   Continue to do practice questions...if you are using Saunders there is a CD in the back with great practice questions...you can even set it to only SATA questions!...also on NCLEX 3500 you can set it to only SATA questions...practice practice practic...

   I was scoring anywhere from 65%-79%....practice is the key...continue doing practice questions and read the rationales...write down the rationales...take another practice test and continue to review your rationales...that helped me the most...Good lu...

   Thank you all so much! I got the job and had several offers and I accepted on the Cardiac Progressive Unit ...basically telemetry. I start on Monday so I am excited!

    About three weeks ago I had an interview with Northside Hospital for their Nurse Residency program for MedSurg units. Apparently everything went well because they called me back an hour later to set up the next round interview for January 7th, 2014....

    Hey! I just graduated and I am planning on taking my exam soon. I have a quick few questions! Can you go alittle more in depth about the NCLEX?...How did you study? Did you use HURST review? Was it more Medsurg questions?..etc. I am super nervous b...
