    And thanks for the advice. But it most certainly wasnt the issue. Its just the way the doctor responded, not the way i spoke to him. Regardless, thanks for the advice and ill keep that in mind even more so next time i speak with anyone.

    I dont write the way i speak. I am also writing from my cellphone which is why nothing was really capitalized and such.

    I agree it had rambling but that does not reflect the way i spoke to the doctor. Thanks for pointing things out. But this doctor does have a reputation regardless of which nurse calls. He hasnt yelled at only me, but others as well.

    My communication with doctors on the phone is professional. I did rehearse with my charge nurse and another fellow nurse who were both near me as i called. But thanks anyway.

  14. Oh. I did tell her. I mentioned I haven't been up there in a while and to let me know if there's anything I'm missing or needing. I'm not ashamed to ask got help when needed. Patients lives at risk.
  15. I got about a month of training in admitting. Which I don't think a month of training for anything is really enough training.... But I felt confident in what I knew and what I was doing.
