I do not know if they will still accept applicants because they already posted the schedule of qualifying examination. In Laguna province, it's actually today, Nov. 20. And here in Quezon province, examination is scheduled tomorrow, Nov. 21.

Hey, I'm sorry for this very late reply :) I think applicants can submit their application requirements on the Provincial offices of DOH. I'm not so sure, but in my case, it's where we submitted ours.

Yep right. That's what I'm doing actually. Hehe :) Btw, that info was posted in an FB account. With its account name, I think it was made for RNs in Quezon Province who are employed under RNHEALS batch 4.
