   LPN/LVN is definitely door openers for the next step. It is so needed and I really think that it's worth it 100%. I think that a lot of the unemployed RNs would actually be employed and have much more experience if they used that as a stepping stone....

   Well I think it also helps for all the actual students that you continuously do internship even in school. You can do internship even if it's a couple times a week. It's experience that you can put on your resume after leaving school
