   you have to consider that the problem with sickle cell is Hgb therefore hydration is the priority during crisis but in the event that fluid is absent in the choices and O2 is there then select Oxygen.

   patient A manifest potassium of 6, Na 120meq/L, Bp 100/80. parient b manifest blood sugar of 300, bp 150/110, Na 160, potassium 3.0 meq/L which one to prioritize. thank you for shedding lights

   if skeptical, you have to base your last two answers in the nclex question. if you think you answered right the last question without reaching the maximum question then be optimistic and be merry.
