   Stats and ICU experience are almost identical to mine. I did have my CCRN though and got interviews at 5 schools this year. I wouldnt worry about re taking the GRE, it's overrated. Get that CCRN and possibly retake an anatomy or an advanced chemistry...

    As long as something else on your application stands out...like higher acuity ICU, some grad science classes or previous science degree, even just CCRN. You've always got a shot somewhere.

    you'll definitely get higher acuity patients at the level 1 trauma center. But in the end it all comes down to how knowledgeable you are in your specialty.
