   Oh ok that's why they told me if I have trach experience then I'm good.. That machine just scares me but I'm willing to.try. I know the need for.vent nurses is high!

   HELLO I work for a homecare agency.and they asked me to do a vent patient. I have trach experience but not for a vent. They said they would train me but I fear the ventilator!😣😣😣what is your experience with this machine?

   Well I took my chest xray at Concentra Urgent Care and now I have to wait two whole days for results!!

    Well My letter is all typed and ready to go. I have had the same salary for 9 years approaching 10. IM a private contractor with no benefits, If they dont see fit to give me a Raise I will definitely be loooking to leave.
