   But just watch when the state comes in. We have RNs pass trays help with meds ect . Why can't they help all the time?

   I work in LTC most areas i have 23 Pt on one unit i could have 43 Pt 12 take meds per self

    Do not give up I went back to school at 36 three kids a husand a house it was hard but now iam so glad to be a nurse .the money is great please do not give up.
