   Good question ! I guess they dont consider whites " cultured ". There is too much variance in European " white cultures". I find putting the " cultural thing in these books a waste of time any way. They are stereotypes.

   The thing I that gets me is how they lie. Why not be upfront with the nurse and say there is no shadowing or orientation. I was honest with them and told them upfront I had no LTC experience. Very unprofessional.
