   University of Maryland Medical Center starts their new grads at $24.15/hr. A lot of the hospitals in the city have new grad programs - I'd try looking at UMMC, Hopkins, and Harbor Hospital.

   I definitely think dropping your application off in person is the way to go. Mine also only took a day to get my ATT sent to me after I dropped it off!
