  11. Need advice on a job offer........

I got my one year experience at SNF (rehab wing) and now have a job interview with a hospital. It's better than remaining unemployed for the hope of getting a hospital job.
  12. Your Starting Salary?

Started in June 2012 at TCU with base $22.19 plus $0.50 evening shift differential, now $25.28 ($1.15 for being BSN, $1.00 for charge, and same shift differential). Minnesota south to Twin Cities area.

Our facility pays 50 cents more for second shift, and 75 cents for the nights.
  14. Ethical advice needed for a new grad...

I'd like to work in your facility, seems like your patients receive an adequate nursing care with this staffing level. How many aids work on AM and PM shifts?
