   I am going back into LTC after serveral years away from it. Does anyone have or know where i can find a good nursing assignment sheet to use.Any ideas will be appreicated.

   Well the pay here will really scare you I started as an L.P.N. in 1990 at our hometown hospital at 10.00 an hr. Went back to the same hopital in 2003 at 12.00 an hr. I am now starting a new job at a nursing home, two miles from my home at 17.00 an hr...
