  12. How are peds RNs different?

    Does you hospital have a oncology ward or give chemo on a general pediatric ward? Do they allow the patients to walk the halls while the chemo is infusing?
  13. Syringe pump bolus

    Yes, we also use the syringe pumps for sedation and boluses. Most of the time it is proprofol or versed. We haven't had any problems in the PICU with using these pumps.
