  1. Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of an ADN program in California that is not impacted. Or any "easier to get into" programs? If I decide to go the ADN route I can move anywhere in the state (actually, I could move out of state, too, but the expens...
  2. Northern Arizona University

Sorry guys - I messed up. I'm not from Arizona and am getting the schools mixed up. I think it is the University of Arizona that has the two year commitment, not Arizona State. And, I agree, I also don't like to "have" to do anything. I like my flexi...
  3. Northern Arizona University

Hi - Yeah, I called them (ASU) the other day and asked about tuition. That is when they told me about the work commitment. I asked if a person could just pay the tuition and not commit, and they said "No." I never know when just talking to one person...
  4. Northern Arizona University

Thanks for the tips. The reason I was steering away from ASU was because of the required two year work agreement with the local hospital (then your tuition is paid, but there appears to be no option to pay tuition and not sign up for the two years)....

  8. Northern Arizona University

Thanks! I think I'm okay with cold. Hmmm. But, something to think about.
  9. Northern Arizona University

Hi - I got such great responses with my last question, I thought I'd try another. Does anyone have any experience with Northern Arizona University? Do they have a decent reputation? Thanks!
  10. Old Prerequisites and Admissions

Thanks for all the quick replies. I really appreciate the help. It looks like things will be okay.
  11. Old Prerequisites and Admissions

Thanks for the quick response. It is actually a nutrition class that will be ten years old by the time I apply. It wouldn't be a big deal to retake it, but, of course, I'd rather not. My statistics class will also be just over five years old when I a...
  12. I started worrying about this over the weekend. I am hoping to apply to nursing school next year (a second-degree BSN program) after I finish my prerequisites. So, my question is: Do schools generally accept prerequisites over 5-10 years old? I will ...
