   @bebbercorn, I actually interviewed for the orthopedic floor which they are still interviewing for according to the nurse manager even though the position closed last week. I guess it's a popular position.

   Congratulations bebbercorn! That's fantastic! My old employer called me earlier this week to tell me he received a fax from Stony Brook to verify my dates of employment.

   My preceptorship was nights, 12 hr shifts. I took a hot shower as soon as I got home and used a dark eye mask, which molds around your eyes and nose, when I slept. It really helped fooling the body into thinking it was night time. It takes a while to...

   @Agill1 a week after you. But in my experience with other facilities, it usually takes at least 2-3 weeks to hear back regardless of whether they are offering you a position or not. Don't lose hope!
