  5. It finally happened...crying on the way home

    I'm a new grad too and at first I was like blahhhhh crying is for weak people. I cried everyday for a week last month! And then I realized that it does get better! :)

    I work on abusy surgery unit. We have 6 patients during the day, 9 in the evening and 13 at night. No need to say that we are going crazy!!

    13 during the night!!! It's not that bad!! For 13 patients there's a LPN and a nurse aid. We are the same team with 6-7 patients during the day.
