   The "NCLEX trick" worked for me... I tried to re register in the car as soon as I finished with 75 questions after I took it in June and it wouldn't let me. I don't know anyone the trick hasn't worked for... congrats!

   I find that remembering how much to titrate up or down is super difficult. I need a chart to say how many cc's to titrate up or down to the next mcg for each drug (I understand you can't do this for weight based). I can't seem to find one.
