   MLB4 that was great advice. I too will be starting as a new grad in an ICU soon and am a little curious as to how I may react to such a faat place high accuity environment. This is where I always wanted to work. Only time will tell how I will adapt.

   There are not caps on the amount of applications they will accept. I was told this by the nurse recruiter. She also mentioned that the application will be up for the entire time that it is scheduled to be open. Hope this helps

    Got to UCLA! It was the best decision I ever made. I hate to say this, but having a degree from UCLA definitely opens doors for you.
