   Dazzlingdiva....my Q-review results weren't anything spectacular (I'd say 75% average) But they greatly improved as I did more of them, as they should. They helped me learn how to answer questions, and to gain actual confidence!

   Hurst is the main thing that helped me...but since you cant get it, I would suggest using the NCLEX RN cards (saunders, I believe?) and to check out youtube...youtube has lots of great videos to help you pass

   Some doctors put ,MD after their name on things like that? I think it MAY be a tad bit corny to do this on say, checks and things..but hey, we ARE professionals! And we worked HARD to be able to put, RN after our name!

   I think that just her watching you, and seeing how you organize your day is great shadowing experience. Granted, she is a senior and is surely out of the "shadowing" phase...I can remember that sometimes shadowing can be just as good as the hands on ...
