    When I heard those crazy stories I would keep them in mind so when I'm on the floor I could try and avoid them or even learn what to do, if something similar ever happened to me or a co worker!!! You use those stories to learn

    Sounds like your talking about a job. A lot of hospitals offer tuition assistance and tuition reimbursement but you have to be employed there already and then sign an agreement.
