   Took a job with a spine injection clinic. Good salary for a new grad, plus I get to work with my hands

   Stressful but if you prepare you'll do fine. I used the ANCC practice guideline book to study and augmented with my IM book from school. It was a little heavy on theory and ethics so don't ignore them!
