   I was also looking for the book. I did see a 118 page "manual" off of the state board website..im wondering if thats what it is referring too. Just wants us to read over it? The most current version is 2009.

   I wore a tank top and shorts. You will be with 1 partner and you can close the curtain around the bed so no one can see you. It's not as bad as it sounds! I don't think anyone wore a swimsuit

   Just checked my schedule..i didnt get my first, second, or third choice..she stuck me at health south in humble?!?!?!!?!? Nowhere close to where i live...i am baffled honestly. Praying this is some sort of mistake..im in tears and confused..............
