   I work full time for VNA. Pay is decent. Benefits are excellent. We see approx. 6 patients per day. It is Kaleida's homecare agency. There is job security and I know they are hiring. I work in Niagara County and the manager is great.

2. Forced to Take an Assignment You Can Not Handle

   That is typical hospital nursing. Perhaps you would be happier in homecare? I do both. They are completely different types of nursing, and different types of stress. Just a thought.
