  2. Saunders is def really good for text books. I prefer using my phone or iPad because of the weight and convenience. After trying out all the apps in the top 5-10, I settled on NCLEX Mastery to compliment my textbooks. More questions than I know...

    NCLEX mastery (app) has great electrolyte questions and they also have a bunch of mnemonics to help you remember all the information. I love the menmonics, any memory tricks help!!

  6. Just Got My ATT again for the third time

    Go mobile. Apps allow you to study anytime. I love using them to learn (not just nursing) everywhere i go. Plus, the technical capabilities blow textbooks out of the water. No contest

    I think mobile apps are starting to get capabilities that PC software and textbooks will never have. Def time to go mobile, although some are terrible, like ATI's app, saunders app, and kaplan's app.

    Danielle made some good points. Kaplan, Saunders, etc don't have the same criteria for passing, they do just a straight forward %. Def try some different sources to change the pace. I agree with danielle's suggestions

    I will never allow patient/patient's family to inflict any type of abuse on me, whether physical, verbal or whatever it is!If they have rights, I also have mine as a nurse! Nobody should allow themselves to be abused, nurses or not!
