Don't give up! No matter how many times you have to take this exam, keep trying. I too have failed it two times and am currently planning a retake in the UK. My problem is test anxiety and rushing during the testing process. Hopefully I can calm myself down and complete the task. What I do know is that I will not be satisfied until I have mastered it. Good luck and best wishes for the future.
Hi, I am looking for a study buddy in the UK for the NCLEX-RN exam.
Hi, any Nclex RN study partners in the Mckinney & surrounding areas of Texas. I am a male international nurse and I am looking for a study partner. Anyone interested send me a message.
Sadly I am near Dallas not Houston, but thanks for replying and good luck.
I am an international nurse (UK) and i am looking for a study partner in the mckinney, TX area. Any one interested in getting together to study for the nclex-RN let me know.
Cheers and good luck to you ncfalcon!
I know how you are feeling as i also failed after 265 questions. Its good that you remain positive and are planning to re-sit. Do you have any idea how long a new ATT takes to arrive? I booked a new test on 11/27/12 but have heard nothing!
I am a foreign educated nurse from the UK.
I can sympathise with you. I took the nclex-rn on the 4th and suffered the embarrassment of having to answer all 265 questions. Talk about feeling gutted! I feel a complete failure and don't want to do the PV trick as i am convinced that i already know the result. I just hope the feeling of despair gets better! Keep your chin up, you are not alone.
Hi Katrinairene, like you i also took my Nclex on saturday although mine was a whole different scenario from yours. I had to answer all 265 questions which took four hours and twenty minutes! I was exhausted and by that time had lost the will to live. I know that i have failed therefore i am not going to bother doing the pearson vue trick. I am prepared to wait for the inevitable result. Keep your chin up and if it means taking the test again then you must. I know that i will once i have got over the feeling of complete uselessness!
