About "Just" a nurse

"Just" a nurse has 3 years experience.

  1. Should I go for LPN?

That's what my plan was. 3 1/2 years later, I'm still an lpn. In the nursing homes, not so bad. In the hospital, IF you can get a hospital job as an lpn, forget about it. I'm really learning that nurse bullying is still rampant. A lot of people forge...

  7. Random Valuable NCLEX Facts :)

I don't know if this is true for everyone, but... I tried the PVT, and didn't have to submit anything. Before I even got to the page, it said that I had recently scheduled this exam and another registration can not be made at this time. This was co...
  8. First code as a new nurse

I know what you mean, OP. I had my first code after just over a year as a nurse. Difference is, I work in a SNF, so we had to wait for the ambulance and run the code with just a couple of nurses and CNAs. The most horrible part for me were the com...
