   Nope, I believe this is the first year they are doing it, after they stopped a few years ago. And I don't think they've started them yet for this year.

   I vaguely remember somebody saying something about mid Feb for decisions? Not sure where I heard it from though. We should give them a call and see if they can give us any sort of estimate on when they'll begin to let us know.
