I work currently as a Health Management Assistant at Heartland Hospital, Nurses Aide at a nursing home,I want to start an LPN program in August, then after completion take the bridge program available at the hospital I work at to become an RN.

    It is not required but will be here in Missouri. It really gets your feet wet for what health care is really about once you start on the floor somewhere. I think it may also look good on your LPN application:) Maxine
