Holistic Nurses, what are your thoughts on GMO's

Organic food makes you immortal, I guess :) In all seriousness, if you have evidence/research that organic consumers live longer or don't get sick or ill as often as the rest of us I'd love to see it. I'm open to changing my mind.

Holy long-windedness, Batman. So.many logical fallacies, so little time.

Holistic Nurses, what are your thoughts on GMO's

Then I guess we'll have to stay away from passion fruit. It's a shame cause I like passion fruit. It is commonly processed into juice for consumption. According to Chan et al. (1972) , this fruit is highly acidic and it contains good source of niacin...

You dare question that bastion of scientific knowledge and moral integrity known as Putin?

Holistic Nurses, what are your thoughts on GMO's

You know what's both ironic and a little hilarious at the same time? Not only do "organic" farmers use pesticides, just like evil GMO farmers do...but they actually have to use them in greater quantities because "natural" pesticides are not as effect...

"Your anger is better aimed in the proper direction. Email you representative to close our borders...rather than be insulting to few of us who prefer a natural lifestyle. Take care." Lol, yes don't criticize me for my anti-scientific beliefs, ...blam...

Thanks, Paco. Phoenix and Denver are 2 places I'm curious about, and I've been to neither so it would be great.

    Miserable in my contract

Jesus. That may be the single most negative post I've read on AllNurses, and I've been a member for like 10 years. A newbie reading something like that would be terrified of traveling. I hope they know that some of us have had much more positive expe...

    Destination ideas

Looking for ideas, fellow travelers. My current contract ends in April, after a year of working at a NJ hospital, and 5 years of 'traveling' in NY/NJ (I met my wife in the area so I didn't get to travel elsewhere like I originally intended to.) I'm g...

    Travel Nurse in Northern NJ

I've been working contracts here in NJ for about a year and you can add terrible staffing ratios to that, at least in Medsurg. I thought I might have been unlucky with the 2 hospitals I have been to (Overlook and Chilton, both ran by Atlantic Network...

    travel nursing in florida

I'm from Miami and worked there for 3 years before I started traveling, and can tell you that what Ned said is right on the money. There are better places to travel to, but I understand that you have your heart set on Florida (same as I did with NYC....
