   The hospital is great. It is huge... Almost 1000 beds. Surrounding counties are underserved poor. Lots of disparities in care. I think that it will become a research hotbed in the near future.

   You cannot learn it all... Only who and where your reliable resources are. It's going to be a bumpy 3 years. It so worth it! It's a great patient population.
