    If your continuously turning the BFR down to 450 then the MD orders will need to be changed. What's the point of using 14g needles if the BFR is continuously being turned down. Possibly NA profiling or adjusting temp to 36 with MD orders obviously. ...

    I work in a chronic unit with 3 shifts mwf and 2 on TThS. Your hired for 30 or 40 in my unit. I do 3 10 hr shifts (as a tech) which usually turn into 4 and my days are usually more. 11-12 hours. Nurses are hired for the same.
