    NSET I believe is "Nursing Skills Enhancement Training", I'm not sure though if "no one" fails in NSET anymore, coz I believe there are still exams during this phase and as always they will still be observing our behavior and attitude all throughout....

    Hi, your schedule for Phase 3 will depend on the schedule of your preceptor, whatever your preceptor's schedule would be, that's what you'll follow. Meaning, it could be any of the three shifts (AM, PM, NIGHT), weekdays or weekends and even holidays....
