   Depends on the Med how often u take vitals. There are usualy protocols u follow as with IVIG, at our facility its treated like a blood transfusion.

   I work peds and within the last year our hospital changed to the formula that doesn't require a filter. We run it for about 30-45 minutes. I have never heard it being for more than an hour, even in peds.

   You need to get out of there. You are risking the license you worked so hard to obtain and your patients are not receiving optimal care. Say no to overtime. I don't belive in over time, its not worth it.
