4. OR or Critical care? Most/better options

   I'd go with critical care. CC experience can follow into many fields (cath labs/special procedures, RR, ED) and may allow for an easier transition into OR. Just my 2 cents.

5. Itchy Ears

   Could be psoriasis. Do you notice any other scaley patches on other body parts (freq elbows, knees)? I get it in my ears, itches/burns etc but no yellow drainage. My dermatologist prescribes a mild prednisone cream which works well.
