   Nursing school is unlike ANYTHING I've ever taken! I too had a perfect GPA to feeling like I don't know the first thing about anything but it will come together eventually lol. Don't give up and pray constantly! That's all I know to do now

    How long is your class? I had med Surg for 6 weeks and I didn't use any additional resources. What helped me thru was to focus on what the abnormalities of each system because that's what med surg deals with. I'm not sure if I worded this correctly b...

    Thanks so much for the info! I got my test back from yesterday and got an 84!!!!! There was a lot of dosage calculations up there so that helped out a lot. Three more weeks of pharm to go!
