   I paid my both fees on Monday. I called today regarding my pin and was informed that it could take several weeks before I get the email with my pin # attached

   I tried to do my background check and it asked for a pin #. I was told once the fees are paid, I would get an email with the pin #, but I have yet to get it. I paid my fees on Monday. Not sure how long it take.

    No, I haven't received my packet yet. Impatiently waiting,lol!! I paid the fees online as well. I got an email about 2 months ago with my NSU ID. You can call and they should be able to give it to you.
