   Me too. I passed my application december 2012 and now im still waiting for the first letter. So it took 4months for some to receive the letter and another 4 months maybe for the eligibilty??

    I passed my application decmeber 19,2012. They told me they are still processing october applications. So i have to wait for two more months for them to send me declaration form?? And wait again for another 2 months for the eligibility? Is that it?

    I completed my cases before I graduated. It's just that they were not finished the same time when the theories were discussed. Sigh
